These terms apply to orders placed with Ironstone through this website.

Made to order
All furniture, lighting and architectural steelwork is hand forged to order in our Cape Town workshop. Fabrication takes about 8 weeks from order confirmation. Small variations in texture and finish are natural in hand forged steel and are not faults.

Prices and payment
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Where a piece is shown as on request, we confirm the price in a written quote before you order. Orders are paid in full when they are placed; we do not take deposits.

Installation and delivery
Steel door prices include installation in Cape Town and its surrounds. Furniture and lighting are delivered in Cape Town and its surrounds. See our Shipping policy for details and for projects further afield.

Returns and cancellations
Pieces made to order are not returnable for a change of mind. See our Refund policy, including what happens if a piece is faulty.
