Refund policy

Every Ironstone piece is hand forged to order, to your specification, so our terms differ from off-the-shelf retail.

Payment
Orders are paid in full when they are placed. We do not take deposits.

Returns
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind.

Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the materials and workshop time are already committed.

Faulty pieces
If a piece is faulty or not as ordered, contact us at sales@ironstone.co.za and we will repair, replace or refund it, as appropriate. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Small variations in texture and finish are natural in hand forged steel and are not faults.
